Get Involved with Town Boards!

Are you interested in serving your Community? The Town of Melbourne Beach accepts Board member applications on an ongoing basis. To find out which Boards have open positions, please hover over “Boards” in the menu above and click on each one for details. You can also email the Town Clerk at townclerk@melbournebeachfl.org or call Town Hall at (321) 724-5860 for more information.

The volunteer application is located under the “Forms & Documents” link, is attached below, or can be picked up at Town Hall.

PLEASE NOTE: Members of the Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement Board, Police Pension Board, and Planning & Zoning Board have the authority to commit Town funds and resources and/or to make decisions/recommendations that affect zoning, building and land use applications and legal standing. To ensure that members of these Boards provide the most informed and consistent information and resultant recommendations to the Commission, the Commission may meet with potential candidates at a Town Commission Meeting prior to appointment.
Persons appointed to certain Town boards must file a financial disclosure form with Brevard County Supervisor of Elections and Florida Commission on Ethics. If you have any questions, please call the Town Clerk’s office at (321) 724-5860.
