Everything to know about Stop Work Orders

Why did I receive this? When work is being conducted in your home without the necessary permit, you will see the flyer below posted on your door. You must stop all work being conducted, and do not remove the flyer, unless directed otherwise by the Town's Building Official.

What do I do now? Submit a permit application to Town Hall or remove all elements of the work performed within 30 days. If you exceed the 30 days without removing all elements, your case will be directed to Code Enforcement for review and a possible hearing in front of the Special Magistrate.
