If you intend to serve alcohol in any town facility, you must obtain an alcohol permit. Please download the Application for Alcoholic Beverage Possession, Consumption or Sale.

Please note: According to the Town of Melbourne Beach Code of Ordinances NO pets or animals are permitted in any Town Park or Facility.

Restrooms at Ryckman Park are closed from 6pm to 7am, unless arrangements are made for special events.

Parking is closed at all park and facility locations at 9:00pm nightly.

Circle Park

Circle Park is located on Riverside Drive. It is a small, well maintained area of green space.

Triangle Park

Triangle Park is located on Poinsettia and Banyan. It is a small, well maintained area of green space.

Bicentennial Park

Bicentennial Park is located on Oak St. This is a small, beautifully landscaped area for public use.

Ocean Park

One of our most frequented parks, Ocean Park is located on Ocean Ave and Atlantic St. This Park includes a public gazebo, access to the beach, sand volleyball courts, rinse showers and free parking.

Loggerhead Preserve

Loggerhead Preserve is located on Atlantic St. just south of Surf Road. This conservation area has a beach access, boardwalk and a mulch path. There is an educational kiosk with information about native plants, animals and marine life. There is No Parking located at Loggerhead Preserve.

Ryckman Park

Ryckman Park is located in our historic district of Ocean Ave. Ryckman Park is home to the historic Ryckman House, as well as the Town Hall Complex and Community Center. This park includes restroom facilities, a large playground, tennis, bocce and basketball courts, a large open field, a beautiful pavilion and the Nationally Registered, Historic Melbourne Beach Pier.

5th Avenue River Access

This well-maintained river access has bbq facilities, picnic tables, a pavilion, and river-watching benches. There is No Parking available at this location.

6th Avenue Boat Ramp and River Access

This boat ramp is maintained by the Town of Melbourne Beach. It has an informational kiosk about native plants, animals and marine life and limited parking for boat trailers.

Old Town Hall and History Center

The Old Town Hall/History Center is located on S. Oak Street. This building has been fully renovated and restored to its original beauty and now holds various artifacts and art from the history of Melbourne Beach. This building is open to the public (please call for times 321-724-5860).

Ryckman Park Pavilion

The Ryckman Park Pavilion is a great place to hold an outdoor event. The pavilion faces west and look out towards the great Indian River Lagoon. This facility is open to the public, but can be rented out for a private event. Call Town Hall at 321-724-5860 for reservations and information.

The Community Center

The Community Center is located in Ryckman Park. This is where many Town sponsored events are held including Public Meetings of the Town Commission and other boards as well as many other Community gatherings. This building is available for rent and makes a great place for weddings, receptions, recitals or other occasions. This building contains a full kitchen, restrooms, and can accommodate approximately 114 people. Call Town Hall at 321-724-5860 for reservations and information.
