Melanie Griswold

Chief Melanie Griswold has been with the Melbourne Beach Police Department since 2002. She has served the agency in various roles including, Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer and Supervisor, Drug Recognition Expert, Recruitment, Public Information Officer, Corporal, Detective and Sergeant. Chief Griswold earned an associate and bachelor of science in Business Management magna cum laude from Columbia Southern University.

I offer a continued commitment to our residents and businesses.  Community policing and keeping our Town and Officers safe is my number one priority.
