In accordance with the Sunshine Law, this Notice is to inform the public that two or more members of the Melbourne Beach Town Commission may be present in the Viera Courthouse at 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940 on Wednesday, April 8th at 9:00 a.m. for approximately eight hours for a trial in case number 05-2025-CA-023102-XXCA-BC.
No official business will be conducted.
