Home Business Tax (Occupational License)
This form is used if you intend on running a business from your home located in a residential district. Permitted uses: Telephone, Internet and Recordkeeping ONLY. No commercial vehicles, equipment or customers.
Business Tax Receipt (Occupational License)
Use this form if you intend on running a commercial business from a facility located within a business district. Not intended for Home Businesses.
Records Request Form
This is an OPTIONAL request form that you may use in order to request various public documents from the Clerk’s office.

Use this application is you wish to apply for an open position within the Town. (Not used for Volunteer Boards/Committees)
