Duties & Responsibilities
The Building Official is designated by the Town Manager and charged with the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of concurrency, building, flood control, coastal construction, coastal setback regulation, landscaping and trees and environmentally sensitive lands, as set forth in the Land Development Code.
