To promote, protect and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Town, the Town Commission has authorized the creation of an administrative board with the authority to impose administrative fines and other noncriminal penalties, which will provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing the codes and ordinances of the town.
Where a pending or repeated violation of any provision of this Code continues to exist, it shall be the duty of the Code Inspector to initiate enforcement proceedings of the various codes.
