Activities:	Public Works staff completed mowing of Oak Street. Met with adjustor assigned by Florida League of Cities to discuss potential litigation involving the Town of Melbourne Beach. Attended Board of Adjustment meeting to discuss rules and procedures governing applications and quasi judicial hearings. Met with staff to discuss potential projects for the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Competitive Grant Program. Application deadlines are February 4 and 7, 2008 depending on the grant programs chosen by the applicant.
