discuss Binding Development Plan associated with the special exception
and variance applications.

for the Walgreens store to Monday, November
26, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
- Attended pre-application meeting with
St. Johns River Water Management District and project engineer to
discuss stormwater drainage improvements and permitting requirements
associated with the Hazard Mitigation Grant received by the Town for
Harland Avenue (Basin 1) and Sixth Avenue (Basin 9).
